ensure that any individual contact that gets placed in their email list within the
system is a client, or has expressed interest in their services specifically, the
types of services they offer, or the specific content that will be sent to them. The
individual user of the Marketing Elite Email System is solely responsible to
adhere to can-spam laws. All emails contain an unsubscribe feature that will
allow any contact to remove themselves from receiving emails, and Retirement
